We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept Australian bank cheques and money orders by mail. Australian customers can use their internet banking facilities to pay by direct debit to our bank account.

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We promise to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Obviously your location will determine the shipping time. All orders are subject to availability. If there is a delay or we are unable to deliver your order, you will be notified and the value of the goods refunded to your account within 2 working days. Please ensure you supply a delivery address where you will be able to sign to receive your package. We recommend you supply your work address for delivery if no-one will be at home during the day. If subsequent deliveries are required additional charges may apply. What happens if a product I have ordered is no longer available?
We try to ensure that all products displayed on our website are available. If we are unable to fulfill your order when received, we will notify you and you will have the option of placing the items on backorder or amending your order.
If an item is no longer available for order from our suppliers we will notify you immediately so that you can revise your order.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes, all prices include GST and are quoted in Australian dollars. Unless otherwise stated, prices do NOT include freight, postage and handling. Freight, postage and handling costs will be confirmed in your Order Confirmation notification.
If you notice a product listed at zero dollars please contact us for the current sale price.
