We accept Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard, Zip Pay After Pay and PayPal. Australian customers can use their internet banking facilities to pay by direct debit to our bank account.
At Zig Zag Sewing we pride ourselves on our excellent personal customer service. If you have any queries or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We promise to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Your location will determine the shipping time. All orders are subject to availability. If there is a delay or we are unable to fill order, you will be notified and the value of the goods refunded to your account within 5 business days. Please ensure you supply a delivery address where you will be able to safely receive your package. We do not ship to a Parcel locker or PO Boxes. If subsequent deliveries are required additional charges may apply.
We try to ensure that all products displayed on our website are available. If we are unable to fulfill your order when received, we will notify you and you will have the option of placing the items on backorder or amending your order.
If an item is no longer available for order from our suppliers we will notify you immediately so that you can revise your order.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes, all prices include GST and are quoted in Australian dollars. Unless otherwise stated, prices do NOT include freight, postage and handling. Freight, postage and handling costs will be confirmed in your Order Confirmation notification.
If you notice a product listed at zero dollars please contact us for the current sale price.

Returns and Cancellations:
Please note our return policy, which is in-line with NSW Fair Trading.
We are not obliged to refund or exchange an item if you’ve made an incorrect choice or change your mind. Always contact us before purchasing if you are unsure.
Order Cancellations will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.

Credit Card Payments:
Payments by PayPal are preferred. We reserve the right to refuse a credit card payment for a large amount, if the card holder is overseas or there isn’t sufficient identification of the card holder. Other payment methods will be provided (e.g. Paypal).
